Excellent, professional, proficient, and extremely talented. They worked with me on a unique design, they gave their input to help me along. And made adjustments when needed during installation. They kept me informed on everything and asked my opinion. They accomplished everything in two days and it was a beautiful outcome.

I had got pavers in my backyard 9 years ago by Brazilian pavers and they did a fantastic job.

I got a letter from them last month about resealing the pavers to get the new/wet look. The price quoted was very reasonable.

Emilio came to look at it before I signed paperwork. Explained how the roots of the tree in the backyard is lifting up the pavers making it uneven. Some had sunken in and they lost the color looked faded. This is expected wear and tear due to the harsh Vegas heat.

On the day of the job, his 2 men arrived at the dot of time. Worked so hard, dug up and cut the root of the tree, evened the pavers, power washed, next day came and sealed them, and finally applied the coat. He didn't charge me extra for cutting the tree roots. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I can't say enough good things about Brazilian Pavers.  From the initial phone call to the clean up after the job, they far exceeded my expectations.  The work was done right, quickly and at a fair price.  Top notch company at all levels.

We had the Brazilian Pavers take out our patio and replace it with pavers.  The crew that came in was professional, efficient and not only did they do a great job, they cleaned up after they were done.  However, buyer beware, in the fine print it tells you that if they find rebar when they are removing pavement, they charge you for it.  That wasn't in our estimate.  When they found rebar I asked if that was unusual, and they told me it happens very frequently.  Also, it says they take credit cards, which they do, but they neglect to mention anywhere that they charge you an additional 3 percent to use a credit card.  With a bill this big, that adds up.  As long as you are aware of these two "nickel and dime" additions, I would say they are amazing!

Brazilian Pavers just completed a large job at our home with driveway, walkways and parking areas all paved. The results were stunning and exceeded our expectations. I love these company. I got my double outdoor fence driveway done and the extended out my pavers for my patio about a year ago. Wonderful experience with this company.  Alan was very thorough with his estimate, design, and suggestions.  His team in the office (Linda and Melissa) are amazing and answered all my calls and emails with my numerous questions and change requests.   They even helped me move up the schedule to coordinate with my work/travel schedule.

The installation crew: Fernando, David, and Wagnon were great as well.  They worked hard, fast, and kept me informed the entire time.  I have OCD and was picky about certain things and they fixed everything without pause. They even cleaned up the area every day and after the entire job so I wouldn't get any complaints from the HOA.  I'm extremely pleased that I made this investment with Brazilian pavers.

I hate to have to edit this review but I have come across customer service problems with this company.  A day after we had our pavers installed that look great we noticed a small area where the pavers are not level.  I called the day after installation and asked them to come and fix them. The receptionist Lisa gave me the run around for 3 weeks.  I finally called and asked to talk to Alan the owner, I was asked what the problem was and Cassie assured me they would take care of it.  I told her that was great but I still would like Alan to call me back.  Two repair men showed up to look at the pavers and said they couldn't fix it that day and they would have Linda call me.  Linda called me shortly after they left and told me she had to order 4 tiles to have come out when they arrive, that was last Thursday she was suppose to call me on Friday.  Well that was a week ago and I have not heard one word.  My advise to all is that they do a good job installing, but I would not give them a final payment until you have really looked at things and are happy.  Give yourself a couple of days of looking at your pavers to make sure the job was done right.  By the way, I'm still waiting for Alan to call me.

I think this company is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.  They came out to quote an 800 square foot patio we wanted, they measured and had a quote to us with 2 days.  When the pavers were installed the crew worked very hard and efficiently to prepare the area and install the pavers.  When they were finished they cleaned up and you would have never known someone was here. Our patio is beautiful and we are grateful for all the attention Brazilian Pavers gave us to make this a good experience for us.

Brazilian Pavers did an absolutely outstanding job in demolishing the existing concrete patio and walkway in my courtyard and replaced it with pavers.
